ロンドンオフィスレントは来年10%の低下が予想されています。これは、大家やオフィスに戻って仕事をしたいと期待しているワーカーたちには、残念な予測となりました。大家側はオフィス需要はまだあるとみていますが、賃貸するほうは、COVID-19のことで、決定することを先延ばしにしています。来年2-3四半期には家賃の減少が広い範囲で起きるとみられています。2021年3四半期には、Mayfairで現在£115のところ10.9%の下降、Cityで11.4%の下降で£62になると予測されています。
